Dear Members:

This year's Hildene Car show was a blast, seven of our fine members and their spouses were in attendance.

Overall there were 25+ Corvairs on display, all well maintained and beautiful. Dick Tullock took first place and I took second in the Corvair class awards.

Due to lack of interest or having something better to do, we have cancelled the June trip to the FDR Library and Museum. We might try this again at a later date.

Don’t Miss The Picnic

The Capital District Corvair Club Summer Picnic

Hosted by Cindy and Harold Bassett

Place: John Boyd Thatcher Park

When: July 14th 2007 (rain date July 15th)

This is a Pot-Luck type picnic, Cindy and I will be bringing the Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Rolls, Charcoal, Paper plates & cups, forks, and napkins. When you know what you would like to bring, call Cindy Bassett, (518) 272-2502, and she will track and help those who are undecided. We will mark the spot for the picnic with our car and the club banner.
