Chesapeake Corvair members projects
						I believe most Corvair owners like it when people turn their heads and stare at at their cars, thinking "What is that thing?" But for some people that is not enough. Andy Hammond with his two kids decided to have the 63 Corvan painted as the Mystery Machine. Now neighbors stalk our house waiting to see if the garage door is open. There is still a lot of work to do, but I hope to have it running by summertime. One of the latest and largest additions to the club is Robert Olivers Ultravan. It has been beautifully restored to near original condition and he has been known to drive it around town. Robert is also active in racing Corvairs and owns a 66 blue coupe that performed rather well at the 2003 convention.
