On Saturday, June 26, we had the opportunity to display our Corvairs at the main entrance of Berlin Raceway in Marne, MI.  This year is the 50th anniversary of the first model year of the Corvair and Marne is the birthplace of Ed Cole so it seemed appropriate to try to bring some recognition to our cars at Berlin Raceway.  We also took our cars onto the track before the race for two parade laps.  We had a great turnout of 10 Corvairs with a good representation of early and late models.  There was great interest in our cars from the fans attending the race.  After the parade lap we got to enjoy the racing which featured the four-cylinder cars (Cobalts, Neons, etc.) and the USAC midgets.
