1965  500 Crown Conversion

Damon's 65 has a stock body with some nice fender flaring and enlarging which goes well with the low maintenance semi-gloss paint job, commonly called primer.  1965 Damon Smith Rear  Everybody knows "primer" is fast.

The bright red racing stripe lends just the right accent to the black primer. A nice set of wire headlight stone guards protects the lamps 1965 Left Front and on the rear an upgrade to LED's behind flat lenses appears. All the trim except the bumpers has been blacked out for a nice clean but sinister look.1965DamonSmithRear

The engine is the always popular Chevy small block 350 with a set of Corvette aluminum heads sporting a 1969 Z-28 intake and a Holley four barrel carburetor. A .500 inch lift bump stick does the valves while a set of ceramic coated Crown headers does the exhaust work.

Transmission is a four speed.

The wheels are a set of rehabbed American Torque Thrust's carrying out the flat black 1965 Rear and red paint scheme with the simple center caps in chrome.
