April 2010

On March 21 we had an enjoyable breakfast, of pancakes and sausage, at the “Dry Brook Sugar House in Salem. Some of us then took a ride in the horse drawn wagons. We had a short meeting at the outdoor tables. We voted to send the proceeds of Judy Magida’s check to the “Corvair Preservation Fund”.

Some of the members have voiced a desire to have a “tech’ or repair type meeting, so they can get ideas on “corvair repairs”. On April 18 we will meet at “Tullock’s” service station at 1501 Union St.,corner of McClellan, in Schenectady, at about noon time. Bring your corvair and your questions and we will do our best to help you out. I know there is one corvair we will have to go to it. I also invite anyone that has corvair mechanical knowledge to attend.

After the repair session we can go to the “Fireside restaurant” for lunch if desired.
Please keep Carol Callesano in you prayers. She’s a fighter.
