A note from your friendly secretary/editor.

Hi there fellow corvairist’s. I don’t think that is a word but, who cares. I am starting to get that itch. You know the one that says “drive your corvair”. Just as soon as “mud season” is over. I hate washing mud off the car, and of course, it’s hard to wash under the car. My snow is just about gone, here in Ft. Ann.

I trust most of you have heard that Carol Callesano has been diagnosed with colon cancer. The last report is, she is responding well and hoping for full recovery. Keep up the prayers, they help.

The next meeting, or gathering of the club is on Sunday, Mar. 21, At the “Drybrook Sugar House” in Salem, NY. We will meet for pancake breakfast about 10:30 AM. Due to the expected crowd, we will not plan on having a meeting. If weather permits, we will have an informal meeting outdoors. If anyone has a pertinent subject to discuss, email it around and we can render a solution at that time. Maybe.

To get to the sugar house, go north on rte 22. When you get to the light in Salem, turn right on rte 153. Watch for the sign on the right at Chambers road. Check it out on line at www.drybrooksugarhouse.com.
