Returns and Refunds

Membership Dues. No refund of dues or donations shall be made under any circumstances.

Convention Registration Fees and Merchandise. We understand plans can change. If you are unable to attend the convention, please write us canceling your registration (e-mails will be accepted). All convention registration fees and merchandise are completely refundable prior to the pre-registration deadline. After the pre-registration deadline and before the start of the convention, we will refund your individual or family registration fees, car event registration fees, convention merchandise, and any fees for swap meet spaces or indoor vendor tables. We cannot refund tickets for convention tours or the awards banquet if we have purchased those services on your behalf and are unable to use them. After the start of the convention, no refund of registration fees or convention merchandise will be made.

Club Merchandise. We take customer satisfaction seriously. Our policy is simple: We want you to be happy with every merchandise order. If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise received, please contact us at 630/257-6530. We will provide you with a return authorization number and Return Material Authorization form that must accompany the merchandise returned for prompt processing.

CORSA Merchandise Delivery Standards

CORSA will make every effort to ship the items that you order in a timely fashion. The CORSA Merchandise Chair is a member who volunteers their services to the club. In some cases, it may make take as long as six or seven weeks for you to receive your CORSA Merchandise order. We appreciate your patience.
