1966 Huffy Corvair "Girls" 24" Bicycle. Blue and white, good condition, rideable, sort'a -- heh, it is a 53-year old bicycle. I bought it from the late Harold Dexter after the 2009 CORSA Convention; I've had my fun w/ it at Club picnics, Corvair meets and enthusiast gatherings, it always brings curious looks and chuckles. I've added a front basket, "thumb pull" handlebar bell. blue/white "streamers" from the rubber handlebar grips, AND an original City of Milwaukee metal license plate w/ number 1966, hanging from below the seat ("saddle"), how cool is that! I have an original issue of a 1966 "American Bicyclist" magazine, w/ full Huffy advertising insert, showing black/white "Boys" and blue/white "Girls" Vair bikes, along w/ other "car bikes" from the mid-'60's, to verify authenticity. Also a very real looking (vinyl), shiny "oil spot" to display below the chain -- it is, afterall, a Corvair! I've recently moved, within metro Milwaukee, and now I need to "move" this unique Corvair Collectible. Sorry, no e-photos to provide. I will be driving my '66 Monza 110 / glide sedan to the Convention in St. Charles next month, but I do not have the means to bring the Huffy Vair. Ed
