These engines depend on parts that are no longer being reproduced… and they are getting harder to find every year.

Richard Payne and I have been working diligently behind the scenes to locate a machine shop willing to produce new reverse rotation camshaft gears and matching brass distributor gears—critical components that many of us simply cannot source anymore.

Good News: We Have Found a Solution

Earlier, the only option we located was a shop willing to cut gears at $1,999 per set, with no minimum order.

Now, we’ve found a second manufacturer offering a much more affordable path:
